Abstract

Christian apologetics takes on a special significance in the context of the tough, sometimes intense struggle for the minds and hearts of people, for the souls of new generations. From an abstract academic discipline it becomes the most important practical weapon in the daily struggle of a Christian for his convictions. After all, each of us must be able to defend our faith in accordance with the words of Scripture: “...always be ready to give an answer with meekness and reverence to anyone who demands an account of your trust” (1 Peter 3:15). So this article is an aid to the modern defender of the faith in his struggle against prejudices and preconceptions directed against Christianity.
