The publication presents the Syriac text of the 18th treatise of the Sin. manuscript. syr. 24. The preface indicates the peculiarities of the arrangement of the treatises of this manuscript, traces of the influence of which are also noticeable in the lists of the Western Syrian (Monophysite) tradition, which testifies to the influence of the Melkite manuscript tradition on the Jacobite one. The preface addresses the issue of the interpretation of names in different lists of 3 editions and provides a table of the correspondence of words in the Orthodox (Melkite) and East Syrian (Nestorian) traditions. In the footnotes to the Syriac text, there are discrepancies with another Melkite manuscript, Vat. Syr. 125, and also indicates discrepancies in the names. Due to the antiquity of this manuscript monument, it is difficult to overestimate the importance of its textual criticism for the entire manuscript tradition of the 1st volume of St. Isaac of Nineveh.
